Talk to your healthcare provider any time:

Your symptoms, such as pain or pressure in your face, are getting worse.
Mucus changes from clear to yellow or green.
You have questions or concerns.
You have problems with your medicine.
You have been waiting longer than expected for test results or to hear about an appointment.

Get medical help now

If you have any of the following, do not wait to get medical help. Contact your healthcare team, call Health Link at 811, or go to your nearest emergency department or urgent care centre if:

You have swelling and redness around your eyes.
Your vision is affected.
You are confused or very low energy.
Your face looks like it is drooping or sagging.
