​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​There are many resources to help you through sexual abuse or assault that have toll‑free numbers and provide help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of these services are available in multiple languages. In an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Department.

If you want to print a copy of this information but don't think it’s safe to keep at home, ask a trusted friend to keep it for you. Plan ahead. Know who you can call for help and memorize important phone numbers.
